Pengyu Du gets the gold for China

The Chinese player Pengyu Du conquered the gold medal in Men’s Singles of the World University Badminton Championship. The Chinese competitor needed more than hour to defeat Sheng-Shiun Liao, from Chinese Taipei, for 2-1. It was an exciting final where both players gave everything. Du left the court in physical difficulties.
